The North Carolina Department of Transportation announced the latest Road Closures on Monday morning.
According to Faye Boyne with NCDOT following are the updated.
CLOSED:
LSR1003 – Twisted Hickory Road closed to replace crossline.
Starting August 22, 2022 8:00 a.m. – August 25, 2022 5:00 pm road will be closed.
US Highway 701N
The both lanes of the North Bound US Highway 701 over the Cape Fear River is closed. Traffic will be rerouted to the Southbound lanes. The closure has a WIDE LOAD TRAFFIC RESTRICTION.
ELWELL FERRY
Elwell Ferry is closed
